The Component Method of Criminal Defense Investigation
The Component Method is presented as a formula to conducting a successful and comprehensive criminal defense investigation. Each component of the investigation is designed to uncover leads and develop questions leading to the next component.
These components include, interviewing defendants, confirmed witnesses, and most importantly unconfirmed witnesses; essentially assessing to determine if unconfirmed witnesses can potentially become confirmed defense witnesses.
Utilization of the Component Method allows the criminal defense investigator to begin and end a criminal defense investigation with the knowledge and confidence that an effective and professional investigation was completed.

Testimonial from attorney involved in the above mentioned criminal defense investigation on behalf of Boston man
"Bob and I have a similar background in that we both retired as investigators from the NYPD. Being a good investigator is a lot of things, but primarily it's about your ability to communicate, your intelligence and your drive. Bob is a top notch crafty investigator who exemplifies all of these traits.
Ethically, he is beyond reproach.
He quickly went to work over the weekend and was able to secure a copy of the security tape that captured the arrest of my client. He got the tape from a third party that was somewhat reluctant to cooperate at first. He also interviewed witnesses and obtained solid relevant and material statements that ultimately led to having all of the charges against our client dropped by the Manhattan DA's. office.
Please consider this writing as my ringing endorsement of his services."
